Academics Our academic standards are excellent and our achievement test scores have ranked in the top for the state and nationally. The Stanford Achievement and Otis/Lenon Ability tests are given each year. All other grades are in the average to above average range.
The educational program is designed so that the average student achieves above-average excellence. We use the Abeka Book Curriculum which is being used nationally by Christian and home schools. Parents are encouraged to participate in studying with their child and ensuring that a child's homework is completed. We believe that teachers, parents, and students should work together in order for a child to achieve academic success.
Music Program All students have musical ability and should have the opportunity to develop their potential. Students will be taught to become independent music makers and thinkers through moving, listening, singing, improving, composing and playing instruments.
Computer Lab and Spanish Elementary students will be taught basic computer skills such as typing, writing and research. Every classroom as at least one computer available to the children besides our computer lab. Spanish is taught in First through Seventh grades.
